Complaints
Complaints are handled at no charge. Please send yours to our Complaints Officer at info@ifcapital.co.za; we prefer serious complaints in writing. Our procedure sets out response times and how to escalate, and includes the complaint submission form.
If we have not resolved your complaint within those time frames, or you are unhappy with our final response, you may approach the FAIS Ombud within six months: www.faisombud.co.za, (012) 762 5000 or info@faisombud.co.za.
